Honeyed Summer Fruit Bowl
Ingredients Serves: Prep: 20min|Cook: 0min |Total: 50min NOTE: Ingredients for a changed serving size are based on a calculation and are not reviewed by the author or tested. Please also consider scaling up or down cooking containers as needed. 1/4 cup honey 1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice pinch of ground cinnamon 1 1/2 pints strawberries, quartered 1/2 large cantaloupe, cut into chunks or balls 2 medium nectarines, cut into thin wedges 2 medium peaches, cut into thin wedges 2 large plums, cut into thin wedges 1 cup blueberries Loading... Directions 1. In a large bowl, combine the honey, lemon juice or lime juice,and cinnamon. Add the strawberries, cantaloupe, nectarines,peaches, plums, and blueberries. Toss just until the fruit is well-mixed and coated with the honey mixture. 2. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
