whats wrong with my laptop? - Dautie! Funny stuff, pictures and discuss about everything.

i have a fairly new laptop with gobs of memory.
all of a sudden it got slow

i ran 3 different virus scans and adware scans and a cleaner i got in another thread.

i talked to a tech at aol. and did what they said. everything from erasinf foot prints to brower fix. everythung possible i did. except uninstall aol and reinstall.

thinking it was because i had put alot of siggys into photo buckets i erased most of that

the only other thing i had done prior to the slowdown was upgrade ie to 7 but then i went back to 6

i tried to return to a time when my laptop was running full speed but trying that at 10 different save points . i still got INCOMPLETE. /

my cpu is fine and i have no extra programs runnning in the background

my laptop manufacturer said it was a virus probally. but nothing has found any...

oh i had a trogen during this time but got rid of it.

i was told that mcafee securiyt sux so i erased that i still have avg and another one

i am about to restore my laptop to new and erase all .
PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.. THANX

TRY REMOVING
ALL THE COOKIES AND CACHE FIRST
REBOOT AND SEE IF IT STILL RUNS SLOW
I/E IS SLOW MOST OF THE TIME
TRY INSTALLING MOZILLA BROWSER
IT RUNS ALOT FASTER ON THESE FORUMS
THATS ALL I USE MOST OF THE TIME
LET ME KNOW IF THIS HELPS

WELL LIKE MYSELF YOU HAVE DSL
SOMETIMES THERES A PROBLEM ON THERE END
CALL UP YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER AND ASK THEM TO
RUN A SPEED TEST ON YOU DSL LINES
IT COULD BE THERES SOMETHING WRONG
IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME
I HAVE VERIZON AND I HAVE THERE LINK
FOR THERE SPEED CHECK
YOU CAN USUALLY FIND IT
ON YOUR SERVICE PROVIDERS WEBSITE SOMEWHERE
BUT IF NOT JUST CALL THEM
HOPE THIS HELPS

Hello me again...........my laptop crashed... i redown loaded windows and my icp....and my dsl now i have no sound i cant snag anything because "my pictures" wont allow me to open the lil icon with the picture.... and non of the icons show tiny pictures..
i thought the problem was drivers and i noticed i have a few yellow ??? .meaning i have some sort of problem with stuff on laptop... so i hope u will help me.. pleaseeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!

ok on the above problem i now have sound yayyyyy.
i solved that yellow???problem now there are 2 yellow ???
network controller and basr system. do i do the add hardwear
for them also? i still dont know where to go to get
'my pictures" to show proper thumbnails and when right clicked to show open anny suggestions?
