Coppermine Help Thread(Toonville's Uploader)
Thanks Scotty for suggesting this... Dauties new uploader is here.. This thread will help everyone get acquainted with it....there's a bit to it, but once you get familar with it in my opinion it is a heck of a nice image uploader with albums.. so here we go.... When you register and login, check the Remember Me. This will make sure you don't always have to log back in if you leave the site.... The first thing then that you need to get going is Create an Album. as shown here.. First ccreate the album Step 1 Step 2 Then you can start Uploading or continue to Create a couple more albums.. In the morn. I will have more instructions.... Right now I'm sleepy..soooo I'm gonna say goodnight all

I promise tomorrow I'll have a whole bunch of info to help. ..
I'm very proud of the Staff, how they worked with me on this the past couple weeks, and I'm very happy with this program..I have my fingers crossed that most of the members like it..lol. But if you don't, holler..ok. So i can pass along what you don't like about it... |

As The Day goes along. I'll be adding more and more info to the Tutorial.. a step by step Tutorial that I hope is easy to understand. If you have any questions or comments about anything holler. There's Create/Order Albums thats where you create an Album to put your images in. Modify Albums...where you modify an Album, I recommend you keep your Albums Private unless you have pics you want to show off to other members. The setting for that is under the Modify Album Link. My Profile is your info, and whatever you want to share is up to you. Sort my Pictures, to be honest I haven't done that yet..lol Then on Top we have: Home, this takes you to the Home Page of Edtoons Uploader. My Gallery takes you to your Gallery of Albums..I'll show a pic and explain that very soon. But that's another place you can work with your images andalbums. MemberList is a list of Members.. Upload File takes you to upload files and that I'll go into full detail too. FAQ is a place to get more info. Helpful tips. Logout...I stay logged in. that way I don't have to keep signing in all the time, like Dautie, If you check the Remember Me when you Log-in you'll never have to log-in again until you log out. Helpful Tips on the MY GALLERY page. ..then from here, we'll explain Albums. This is how to set Album Properties, after you click on the Album's Properties you'll see this page.... This is how tos work with the albums files, when you click on the Album's Edit Files, you'll see this.. ...whenever you make changes..make sure you click on Apply Modifications...way on the bottom of the page.. ..and when I come back after Newsletter is out, I'll start with Step by Step Uploading.  |
